Everyone knows Saigon Cafe for our Phó Noodle Soup, and for a good reason! The broth is crafted with the main ingredient, premium beef bones, to bring out the best flavors in soup. The broth is cooked for hours to lock in the bold and rich flavors that your taste buds will love. We also add shrimp, seafood meatballs, and Krabto our pho to bring out its signature savory taste. It is then sprinkled with cilantro, green and white onions to add that extra bit of texture. Finally, before eating our delicious Pho, you get to put in the finishing touches with traditional Pho side dishes of basil, beansprouts, jalapenos, and lime.
