Pho
The Beef Noodle Soup, also referred to as “Pho”, is the most recognizable dish in Vietnamese cuisine. Our house-made Pho is carefully crafted by our head chef with a recipe which was perfected decades ago. The broth is simmered for fifteen hours with a blend of vegetables, beef bones, and spices to create a delicious and savory broth. The residual fat is then extracted to create a more healthy and flavorful soup. Our choices of beef, chicken, and vegetable broth are combined with meat, rice noodles, and fresh herbs.
Rice Platters
Our Rice Platters are served on a bed of jasmine rice with fresh vegetables on the side, topped with a choice of grilled meat or tofu. Our grilled meat is marinated overnight with our Special Saigon Café marinade sauce.
Noodle Bowls
Our Noodle Bowls are served on a bed of rice vermicelli, also referred to as “Bun.” This authentic bowl is filled with fresh vegetables and includes a choice of grilled meats or tofu that is marinated with our Special Saigon Café marinade for several hours. The grilled meats are topped with peanuts, green onions, and fried onions.
Egg Noddle Soup
Our Egg Noodle Soup is made by simmering our homemade broth for five hours. Egg noodles are combined with a choice of meats, chicken or vegetable broth, and fresh vegetables to create a healthy and delicious dish.
Banh Mi
Vietnamese sandwiches, or “ Banh Mi ”, are perfectly toasted French bread filled with a choice of meats or tofu and different vegetable toppings.
Boba Tea
Saigon Café is proud to serve the best boba tea smoothies in town with over 15 different flavors! The tapioca balls, or “boba ”, gives the drink an enjoyable and chewy texture.
